GRUPO GENIADABAR, S. L., hereinafter referred to as the DATA CONTROLLER, is the Data Controller of the User’s personal data and informs you that this data will be treated in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, for which the following information is provided:

As set out in the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, the DATA CONTROLLER complies with all of the provisions of the GDPR regulations for the processing of personal data, and manifestly complies with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, for which they are treated in a lawful, loyal and transparent manner in relation to the interested party and are appropriate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented all appropriate technical and organisational policies to implement the security measures established by the GDPR in order to protect the rights and freedoms of its Users and has provided them with the appropriate information so that they may exercise these rights.
