Une possibilit\u00e9 est la mise en \u0153uvre d&rsquo;une station d&rsquo;\u00e9puration pour son traitement, mais cette solution est co\u00fbteuse (1 million d&rsquo;euros environ), ce qui emp\u00eache l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 cette technologie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Changements dans la r\u00e9glementation sur les purins et effluents d&rsquo;\u00e9levage <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avec le D\u00e9cret royal 980\/2017 modifiant les d\u00e9crets royaux de 2014 (1075\/2014, 1076\/2014, 1077\/2014 et 1078\/2014), une nouvelle r\u00e9glementation s\u2019applique \u00e0 la distribution de purins et effluents des exploitations d\u2019\u00e9levage. Ce durcissement affecte fortement le secteur de l&rsquo;\u00e9levage, secteur qui avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les grandes quantit\u00e9s de purin qu\u2019il g\u00e9n\u00e8re. Plus encore pour le b\u00e9tail porcin, qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re une plus grande quantit\u00e9 de d\u00e9chets liquides.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Extrait du D\u00e9cret royal 980\/2017<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab L\u2019application de purin sur les surfaces agricoles ne peut se faire au moyen de syst\u00e8mes de plateaux ou d&rsquo;\u00e9ventails ni de canons\u2026 \u00bb \u00ab les effluents solides doivent \u00eatre enterr\u00e9s apr\u00e8s leur application\u2026 \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Cela veut dire qu&rsquo;il ne pourra plus \u00eatre r\u00e9pandu dans les syst\u00e8mes de plateau, d&rsquo;\u00e9ventails ou de canons, pour \u00e9viter la pollution atmosph\u00e9rique. Du refroidissement du lait dans une exploitation laiti\u00e8re \u00e0 l&rsquo;approvisionnement en eau chaude sanitaire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Diminution du volume d&rsquo;effluents et r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts de gestion du digestat liquide<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans le processus biologique de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de biogaz, la charge organique du purin est r\u00e9duite, ce qui augmente les m\u00e8tres cubes par hectare l\u00e9galement applicables. Cela permet d\u2019appliquer une plus grande quantit\u00e9 sur les parcelles voisines o\u00f9 les purins sont g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s, et ainsi d\u2019\u00e9conomiser du carburant et des heures\/homme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts d&rsquo;application sur le terrain, il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019en r\u00e9duire le volume<\/strong>. Ainsi, en utilisant de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie thermique g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par l&rsquo;usine de biogaz, il est possible de <strong>concentrer le digestat par \u00e9vaporation<\/strong>, ce qui le rend plus riche en nutriments, \u00e0 moindre co\u00fbt de transport (par unit\u00e9 fertilisante).<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque le purin se trouve dans l&rsquo;usine de biogaz, il est soumis \u00e0 un \u00ab compostage ana\u00e9robie \u00bb, processus qui \u00e9limine le pourcentage \u00e9lev\u00e9 de pathog\u00e8nes, de graines et d&rsquo;autres composants ind\u00e9sirables que le purin pr\u00e9sentait avant sa fermentation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Obtention d&rsquo;un sous-produit<\/strong> solide compost\u00e9 avec ses nutriments (C, N, P, S, K) stabilis\u00e9s, ce qui augmente sa valeur agronomique.
